Mama Tales ("we", "our", "the app") is a children's storytelling application developed by Sminkov. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
Mama Tales is designed with privacy in mind. The app collects minimal data:
Camera access is used only for QR scanning, and microphone access is used only for recording audio inside the app. The app does not upload camera or microphone data as part of its core functionality.
Recordings and app preferences are stored locally on your device. In the current app flow, story audio and profile information are not required to be stored on external servers to use the main features.
The Mama Tales website and public policy page may be hosted using Google Firebase Hosting, which is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. The website contact form does not submit data through a third-party relay service; instead, it prepares an email in the visitor's own mail application. The mobile app's core storytelling features are designed to work locally on the device and do not rely on a Firebase login flow.
Mama Tales is designed for use by families with children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require any personal data to function.
We do not sell, trade, or broker user data. Any message sent through the website contact flow is delivered according to the visitor's chosen email provider.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
